Our Staff

Busy Kids is staffed by a team of fully qualified and experienced staff.

The team work together in a child-led environment, using the Early Years’ Foundation Stage curriculum (EYFS) to provide high quality learning and care opportunities supporting your child’s development. Your child will have a key person who will be responsible for their overall care and be your child’s (and your) main point of contact in nursery. Their role includes planning activities and experiences to extend your child’s skills and knowledge and will be focused on their interests from the child-led environment. They also update your child’s personal development file, which you can view at any time, and offer regular parent discussions so that you know exactly how your child is doing.

All staff have regular training in first aid, safeguarding and maintain their knowledge through Continuing Professional Development.
